Another app that choose the infamous subscription route. Without warning about changes in their business model it asks to update from version 7 to 8 to only then reveal the new subscription model. As they don't make available older versions, I won't be able to keep using the app I had purchased.

According to BitDefender Mate Translate version 8.1.7 from their website is infected with a trojan (JS:Trojan.Cryxos.10813)

For some reason, MacUpdate doesn't list "deepl" This is a far better app than Mate in my opinion.
